First Christmas Play This Year

Ah yes! Just one of my favorite things about the Christmas season is all of the wonderful plays...and the not so wonderful plays. Tonight was our first play this year. It's put on at a church in North Little Rock, and they have singing, a play, "Christmas Lane," which includes: food, rides, pictures with santa, pony rides, etc. We have gone for several years in a row and it seems that the quality of the play is detiorating each year...but the food is great. So, we bundle ourselves up and wait in lines a mile long for funnel cakes and kettle korn, in 26 degree weather to boot. Talk about fun! Really!! I had a lot of fun. The play doesn't have to be superior and the music doesn't have to be superb, good times happen when you can just laugh with friends over silly things (like waiting FOREVER for a funnel cake and getting white powdered sugar all over your red wool jacket), standing outside until you can
