Any of you that know Ashley know what a character she can be at times. Well, actually, most of the time! Kim has been very blessed with children that are humorous. In fact, I tell her quite often that when I have children of my own, I'd love for them to have even HALF of the humor that her children possess. ;)
So, anyway, back to my story (before I get totally sidetracked). I had gone to visit Kim and the kids, stayed at her house and had lots of fun, as usual. Then it came time to leave and that is always the hard part (for me anyway)...but this time Ashley decided that she was going with me - she was going to Stacie's house! We played along, thinking it was a whim and she'd forget about it in a few minutes....you know, start playing with her toys again or get distracted by something else that caught her attention, but it didn't work that way...at all.
She pulled out her pink Princess suitcase and got to work packing her clothes. Cramming a few things in the suitcase, she zipped it up and came into the living room all "ready to go". Me and my mom were just about finished loading up the truck with my suitcases but Ashley wanted to make sure she didn't get left behind. So she went out to the truck and got up in the back (I have no idea how she got up there) and was waiting patiently by her suitcase.
Needless to say, we had to convince her that she couldn't go to Stacie's house, and somehow we got her to come back into the house, rather dejectedly I'm sure!
We did happen to snap a picture of her while in the truck. She liked that because she asked my mom, "Are you going to put that on your blog?"
Well, my mom doesn't have a blog so I thought I'd post it!
